Dear Ryan,
I want to thank you for your excellent service while assisting us (in great detail) in the remodeling of our Seaside home.
We were particularly impressed with your work ethic.The best way to describe your pace is this: "you work like your hair is on fire".
Beyond this important fact, your skill set is wide and thorough and it helped us immensely because we did not have to call in high cost specialist to manage a number of special elements associated with our remodel. You handled the following with great competence:
· Installed new replacement laminate windows.
· Rebuilt a dry rot damaged 10 foot wall from the inside out so there was no need to remove the exterior shakes siding. You handled this critical need at a fraction of the otherwise estimated cost, literally saving us several thousand dollars.
· Window and door trim and other finish carpentry.
· Roof patching and patio roof installation.
· Tiled shower surround.
· General carpentry.
· General plumbing.
· Basic electrical.
· Rain gutter repair and new gutter/down spout installation.
· And I am sure there is more work I have forgotten to include here.
